1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- "Company" (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") refers to My Coworking Space.
- "Service" refers to the coworking space management platform provided by the Company.
- "User" or "Customer" refers to any individual or entity using our Service.
- "Workspace Operator" refers to entities that manage coworking spaces using our platform.
- "End User" refers to individuals who book or use workspace facilities through our platform.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may not create multiple accounts for the same business entity without prior written consent.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance, as selected during registration.
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
- Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your use of the Service.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
- Downgrading your subscription may result in loss of features and data.
4. Bookings & Facility Use
- Workspace Operators set their own booking policies, cancellation terms, and facility rules.
- End Users must comply with facility-specific rules and regulations.
- We are not responsible for disputes between Workspace Operators and End Users.
- Booking confirmations and cancellations are managed by the respective Workspace Operator.
- Payment processing for bookings is handled by third-party payment processors.
5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Collect or harvest personal information of other users without consent
- Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
- The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company.
- You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it for Service operation.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.
- Our trademarks and trade names may not be used without prior written consent.
- We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid takedown notices.
7. Data Protection & Confidentiality
- We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any data you upload to the Service.

- You must not attempt to access other users' confidential information.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) any content you upload or transmit through the Service.
11. Termination & Suspension
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
- We may immediately suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
- Data export options may be available for a limited time following termination.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
